We have advised many groups as to the feasibility of their proposed projects as well as being sought-out to advise on the proposed concept. We have worked with various architects, market researchers, engineers, etc. in several states throughout the Southeast.
SRC's staff have owned and/or managed all types of senior housing, some of which was purpose built and some converted to the senior market. They have successfully leased all their start-up communities ahead of schedule and have made a positive difference on the bottom line of their projects.
In addition, SRC has represented investors in the acquisition and disposition of senior properties.
